Neely Grobani is the Director of Donor Engagement at American Jewish World Service, where she creates meaningful opportunities to bridge the geographic gap between the organization’s supporters and those promoting human rights in the developing world. Her team plans events and educational engagements nationwide, and international Study Tour trips to bring donors to meet activists in their communities. Prior to joining AJWS, she worked at UJA-Federation of New York. She grew up in Baltimore and graduated from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, with a B.A. in Communication. Neely was a 2019 fellow in the Ruskay Institute for Jewish Professional Leadership and serves on the junior board of the Women’s Prison Association.
