Beth Friedmann
Director of Development Operations
Beth Friedmann is the Director of Development Operations at American Jewish World Service, where she creates and manages the infrastructure of the organization’s development efforts. She oversees donor research and databases, gift acknowledgment and strategic development planning. Beth comes to AJWS after 10 years at Planned Parenthood Federation of America, during which she helped that organization become an increasing presence in the national women’s rights discussion. She holds an M.P.H. from Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health, and she’s also a founding member of North Shore Action, a community organizing and engagement group in Great Neck, New York, that mobilizes community members over gun reform, suicide awareness and more.
